As America postpones Mars mission, China and Russia team up to probe the Red Planet

As America has cut back its presence in space, China and Russia are looking to the new frontier – with ambitious plans to send two satellite probes to Mars.
NASA has been forced to delay its own mission to search for life on Mars by two years due to budget constraints.
Meanwhile, China and Russia have teamed up to photograph the Red Planet and one of its small moons.
