Suborbital Tourism Market Demand Projection Remains High
Suborbital tourism passenger market demand projections remain high in a new report released this afternoon by Bethesda, Maryland based-Futron Corporation entitled "Suborbital Space Tourism Demand Revisted" 24 August 2006.
With the first commercial suborbital flights not expected until late 2008, demand projections were revised to slightly downward through 2021 to 13,000 from 15,000 with the associated commercial revenue revised to $676-million, down from $785-million.
